We are situated on the grounds of St Michael's School in our purpose built Elliot Buildings, and are a charitable organisation that is registered for 42 children.
We provide full time education and care for children aged between 0 and 5 years, 51 weeks of the year. Alongside this we also run a breakfast club, after school club and holiday club for children aged between 5 and 11 years.
The Trust believes in a flexible approach and we will do our best to accommodate your personal requirements.

Nursery Manager
Hi I'm Sarah the Nursery Manager at Lizard C.H.I.L.D. Trust (LCT). I became involved with LCT as a parent in August 2005. I began working for LCT firstly as a Nursery Assistant, then progressing to Room Leader, then Deputy Manager and now Nursery Manager, gaining my qualifications for each level along the way.
I am passionate about the education, care and support we deliver to our children and their families at the Nursery. At LCT we feel it is an honour and privilege for parents to entrust us with their children. I pride myself on the fact that parents comment on the “homely and welcoming environment” we provide and how “confident the children are”.
At the Trust we embrace the whole family approach. We a variety of support depending on what the family & child needs. We are all unique and so is the support we offer.
You will find me a very approachable person, whom parents find easy to talk to and therefore I am able to offer guidance, support, or just a listening ear to off load - our cuddles are free!
